We handle components made from a wide range of raw material including: Stainless, mild and coated steel, aluminium, phosphor bronze, copper and brass. We have a capacity up to 100 tonnes and can handle materials as thin as 0.02mm (0.001in) in both steel and non-ferrous metals as needed. We accommodate typical runs of 2,000 to 50,000 units and have handled jobs of over 5 million units.

During the production of components we continuously monitor the condition of tools during presswork and our regular maintenance inspections ensure continuous component production to the high standards that you require.
