This client required cycle lamp-brackets and there were two pressed metal components to each of them. The job required us to make the parts, have them either plated or painted and then assembled with a rubber gasket between the parts.

The tools were designed and the presswork produced quickly, then sent out for plating and painting. The required holes were then tapped.

The rubber gaskets were produced from strips which we cut in-house. The finished components were then assembled and delivered at a rate of 50,000 units per month.
