An existing client came to us with a brief – as a cycle distributor they needed a key-ring spanner to be distributed on the cover of a cycling magazine. The only specific requirement was that the spanner should have 10mm and 8mm openings – and be able to open a bottle. Plus the spanners needed to have the magazine logo stamped on it, and the client wanted a few thousand with their own logo.

Taking into consideration size and weight we designed the spanner, determined the specific shape, choose the material for the best strength/weight characteristics and, of course, cost-effectiveness.

The total run was over 250,000 which we achieved to a tight schedule.

We have a wide portfolio of clients from the UK and overseas who use our services and products including customers from as far afield as the West Indies.
